Aaron Boone is framed by his therapist for a series of murders for which the doctor himself is responsible. He runs aways to Midian, a mythical locale full of freaks, where Aaron is welcomed as a prophetic saviour.
Made in between Hellraiser and Lord of Illusions, and announced as the « Star Wars of monster films », Nightbreed unfortunately was deprived of dozens of precious minutes during postproduction. Today brought back to life in a more complete version thanks to devoted fans, Nightbreed is back and glows with even more horrific strangeness and tortured romanticism.
