A young mangaka falls into a coma after trying to commit suicide. Her boyfriend is enabled to join her thanks to an experimental program developed by a neurologist.
After working for television via the splendid drama Shokuzai (released this year in France), Kiyoshi Kurosawa directs an adaptation of the science-fiction novel The Day of the Perfect Plesiosaur written by Rokurô Inui. A splendid love story with psychological implications of the utmost complexity.
