It all started with The Babysitter Murders, a short film directed by Ryan Spindell. He then started to imagine a horror anthology of his taste, such as Creepshow or Tales of the Crypt. The gods of horror cinema are more than favorable to him, and offer him the presence of Clancy Brown as a great storyteller of generous, bloodshot yet humanistic tales. Spindell sets the right balance of laughter and dread, and makes the best tribute to a demanding format: the sketch movie.
