A single mother became infatuated with a con man. The two lovers start a passionate and murderous journey.
After a stop by spectral Thailand (Vinyan) and the parisian asphalt (Colt 45), Fabrice Du Welz finds « his » Ardennes and Laurent Lucas again for a paroxysmal variation around the infamous Honeymoon Killers, a couple of murderers who made the headlines back in 1940's America. Capturing all the essence and violence of two souls in fusion, Alleluia aims for the incandescent, the lyrical, the deeprooted, and calls for and intimate and unforgettable apocalypse.
