Dave, an artist whose career is going nowhere, decides to build a fort in his living room. Problem: once inside, the young man can no longer find the exit and has to confront traps and creatures from his imagination.
For his debut behind the camera, comedian Bill Watterson offers a truly atypical film, a genre comedy full of satirical and quirky characters. Although it was made with just a few dollars, Dave Made a Maze is a greatly inventive movie, as shown by the meticulousness of its artistic direction referring to the experiments of a Michel Gondry or a Wes Anderson.
