Wes zone, heartbroken, at the wheel of his car. He stops at a gas station and finds himself trapped in the bathroom. A voice reaches him through a glory hole: he is the chosen one chosen by a dark deity to save humanity from certain destruction.

The inventor of the Hollywood notion of high concept, Don Simpson, died on his toilet from a cocktail of drugs/medication/greasy food. It was only fitting, after all, that an author pay homage to him with the first ever high concept film set entirely in a latrine. Rebekah McKendry looks the utter absurdity of her script straight in the eye, never looking down, and lifts it to frankly unexpected heights once the groundwork is laid. The direction manages to play with the smallness of the set, Ryan Kwanten's slaughter dances the tango with J.K. Simmons' vocal performance, and laughter and gore go hand in hand happily.
