A biker returns from Thailand to set things straight with his girlfriend in the States. But the first gang leader comes after him for the delivery of two motorcycles filled with crystal meth. And a second thug is after him, accusing him of murdering his brother.

In this first film, with its twirling staging that evokes the fluidity of the camera in space dear to our god of all, Tsui Hark, Joseph Kahn reminds us that he is the patron saint of 90's music videos, and that he imposed on the entire American music industry of that era an aesthetic that has been imitated many times, but never reached.
