The collective of amateur filmmakers known as the Fuck Bombers have been chasing their hopes of cinematic glory for too many years. When a gang war reaches the point of no return, their cameras are ready to shoot.

In 2012, Sono Sion finally completed the editing of Bad Film, an unfinished project shot in 1995, a draft of his future novelistic works. This immersion in the first part of his filmography accompanies the development and production of Why Don't You Play in Hell? a mise en abyme of his own relationship to cinema, to his fallen or sublimated aspirations, to the many troops that have accompanied him in his most azimuthal ideas. This ode to the recognition of mad craftsmen takes place in one of the most thunderous carnages filmed by the maestro, in a sick and contagious good mood, to the sound of a toothbrush advertising ditty.
